UI/UX Designer

I'm Eleanor Essilfie, a UI/UX Designer from Ghana with a background in Computer Science and Engineering. I got into design because I've always loved art, and UI/UX felt like the place where art meets real purpose. What keeps me here is the process; the research, the problem-solving, the iteration and the satisfaction of knowing something I designed actually works for the person using it.

I care about the fact that there's never just one right answer in design. Different approaches, different layouts, different flows and all of them can solve the same problem differently. That tension is what makes design interesting to me. Good design tells you more about a product than anything else.

Beyond design, I work across the full product cycle, from early research and wireframes through high-fidelity Figma and into frontend implementation with React and Next.js. I work well with developers because I've been on that side too.
